Pricing and scope

What the fixed price covers, what is quoted separately, and who owns the finished store.

Our standard store build is a fixed price of $3,999, paid as a one-time payment with no hidden fees. Payment method and timing are confirmed with you in writing before work begins. See the full pricing breakdown.

A custom design (not a template), a fully responsive build, catalog setup for up to 100 products, payment and shipping integration, cart, checkout and order emails, basic on-page SEO, two weeks of post-launch support, and direct access to your builder. Handoff documentation and a quick training session are included too.

Larger catalogs, custom integrations, and other custom features are quoted separately, and any estimate is non-binding until we confirm the price and scope in writing. Third-party costs such as platform subscriptions, paid apps or plugins, hosting, and payment processing fees are separate and depend on the platform and providers you choose.

Ownership of the final deliverables (design files, site code, and content we create for you) transfers to you upon full payment. Third-party assets such as fonts, stock imagery, themes, apps, and plugins stay subject to their own licenses.

No. We build stores to be fast, clear, and easy to shop, and every build includes basic on-page SEO, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome such as traffic, rankings, or sales.

Process and timeline

How a build moves from first call to launch day, and what we need from you along the way.

Most stores launch about four weeks from kickoff, assuming your content and product photos come back promptly. As a guide, discovery takes about 2 to 3 days, design about 4 to 6 days, and build about 7 to 10 days, followed by launch day. Delays in content, photos, feedback, or approvals can extend the timeline.

Every build moves through four stages. Discovery covers your products, customers, goals, catalog, competitors, scope, and timeline. Design sets the visual direction and page layout for your review. Build develops the storefront, connects payments and shipping, and tests across screen sizes and browsers. Launch is when we go live together, followed by two weeks of support. See the process in detail.

Content, product photos, feedback, and approvals in a reasonable timeframe. The build moves as fast as those arrive, and extended delays on your end may push back your launch date.

The design stage includes revisions until the layout feels right to you, within the agreed scope of your store. Changes beyond that scope, such as additional pages, products, or features, may affect timeline and price and will be discussed with you before we proceed.

Platforms and builds

Shopify, WooCommerce, headless, or custom: how we choose, and what we can take on.

We build custom storefronts and also work within Shopify, WooCommerce, or a headless setup, whichever fits your product catalog and budget best. Read more on our Shopify and WooCommerce pages.

It depends on your catalog, budget, and how much control you want. Shopify is a hosted platform that suits teams who want a managed foundation, while WooCommerce runs on WordPress and gives more control over hosting, content, and extensions. Tell us about your store and we will recommend the better fit.

No. Every store starts from a custom design shaped around your brand and products rather than an off-the-shelf template look.

Yes, we take on redesigns too. Send us a link to your current store and we will tell you what a rebuild would involve.

After launch

Support, hosting, and how you keep the store running once it is live.

Every build includes two weeks of support after launch to fix issues with the delivered work, along with handoff documentation and a quick training session so you can manage your store yourself.

Yes. Every store is built on a platform you can manage yourself, and we walk you through it before handoff.

We can set up hosting and offer an ongoing maintenance plan for continued updates and monitoring if you want us to keep things running after the two week support window.
